Aji No Hibiki brings synesthesia to the glass. AI maps the rhythm and tone of twelve songs, translating each track into a cocktail with its own flavour spectrum. The menu flips like a vinyl record: "Side One" and "Side Two." Japanese whiskey, sake and shōchū lead the spirits program, with free-spirited options throughout. Chef Slamet's izakaya dishes, from yakitori to robata plates, are built to meet the cocktails in tone, balance and depth.
